Please follow the steps below to determine the purity of your water: 

• Switch on the TDS meter
• On the panel, there is an ON/OFF switch
• Immerse the meter up to the maximum immersion level in the water/solution (2 inches)
• To dislodge any air bubbles, gently shake the meter
• Wait for the screen to stabilize
• Press the HOLD button to see the reading out of the water once the reading has stabilized (around 10 seconds)
• Multiply the reading by 10 if the meter displays a flashing x10 symbol
• After each use, shake your meter to remove any extra water
• Remove the cap and replace it Taking Temperature Indicators The temperature function can be utilized at any time, in or out of liquid, once the meter is turned on
•  Temp is activated by pressing the TEMP button. The temperature will be displayed on the display (in Celsius only). Press the TEMP button to return to TDS mode.
